I believe in the counseling process and I am passionate about helping people live their lives to fullest and reach their goals. I believe that people have the ability to live healthy, balanced, and thriving lives and I love helping clients achieve that through therapy. Life can be difficult and we all face many challenges in this world and I see it as a great honor and privilege to help clients walk through difficult seasons in their lives. I believe great counseling integrates beautifully with a Christian worldview and faith is something I enjoy integrating into the counseling process if the client wishes. 

I work with all different types of clients but I am particularly passionate about working with individuals dealing with sports performance anxiety and eating disorders/body dysmorphia. I look forward to working with you!
